My Order Has Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived, please check the delivery status of your order to determine the estimated date of delivery and tracking status.

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window provided and you haven't received notices for attempted deliveries, please contact Customer Care.

Please remember:

  • If your order has a delivery date range:
    Please allow up to the evening of the last delivery date listed in the range provided to you. We strive to deliver at the earlier end of the range, but this isn't always possible.
  • If your order has an exact delivery date:
    Your order may be delivered before or on the date provided.
