Missing eGift Card email

You haven't received your recently purchased eGift Card?


  • Be sure to check any spam folders - Sometimes this email will get caught in spam folders.
  • Check the correct email address - eGift Cards will be delivered to the email address on your Walmart.com account.
  • Over 48 hours since purchase - Please allow 48 hours after your purchase for the email delivery of any electronic gift cards (eGift Cards).



If you have not received an email within 48 hours with your eGift Card information:


For Walmart.com eGift Cards:

Please contact Customer Service to receive your Walmart.com eGift Card information if it has been over 48 hours since you purchased the eGift card.


For Specialty eGift Cards:


Specialty eGift Cards include iTunes, Hulu Plus, and Chili's as well as other entertainment and dining options.



  1. Go to the Walmart Digital Delivery Center
  2. Enter the email address of the Walmart account used to purchase the card
  3. Enter the billing Zip Code associated with the payment method used
  4. Enter your 13-digit Walmart.com Order Number (starting with 2677)

An email will be sent to the email address associated with the order on the account.
