You can fill a new prescription in any of these four easy ways:
* Due to Federal regulations, we must have the original prescription; we cannot accept photocopies or other reproductions.
After you have filled a new prescription once at any Walmart Pharmacy, you'll be able to conveniently refill that prescription online.
If you'd like your prescription to be delivered to your home, just fill out our Home Delivery New Prescription Form, and send that and your paper prescription to:
Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
If you don't have a written prescription, you can ask your doctor to call in your prescription to the Pharmacy. Use our Store Finder to find the phone number of the Walmart Pharmacy nearest you to give to your doctor's office.
You or your caregiver will need to pick up your prescription from that Pharmacy.
If you are a parent or caregiver for someone (or even for a pet), you can fill any new prescription on their behalf as long as you know their name, address, and birth date.
Walmart Pharmacies can also fill certain prescriptions for your pet the same way you would fill a new prescription for yourself or your family members. You'll need to provide your pet's name, address, and birth date. If you don't know your pet's birth date, you can create one.
