Urgent Alerts

Walmart may contact you at any time regarding urgent health and safety matters or for emergency purposes, including by auto-dialed text or prerecorded message, regardless of whether you have opted-out of being contacted.  Examples may include recalls, product warnings, and other messages that impact health and safety (including family and pets).

 

Pharmacy Prescription Alerts


Voice Terms & Conditions


By providing your phone number, you certify that A) you are the account holder or B) have account holder's permission to consent to enroll. Walmart Pharmacy Prescription Alerts are a subscription service, which may include pre-recorded and auto-dialed calls.  Participation in Prescription Alert Program not required for purchase. With your subscription, you will receive messages relating to the status of your prescriptions. There is no charge from Walmart for this service, but YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER'S AIRTIME, MSG, AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY.  These calls will come from 866-575-4108.  When you opt in to this service, you will receive a confirmation telephone call.  During this call, you will need to follow the prompts to confirm your opt in, or opt-out.



 

SMS Terms & Conditions


By providing your phone number, you certify that A) you are the account holder or B) have account holder's permission to consent to enroll. Walmart Pharmacy Prescription Alerts are a subscription service.  There is no charge from Walmart for this service, but YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER'S MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY.  The texts will be sent via automated technology.  You enroll to receive automated messages.  Participation in Prescription Alert Program not required for purchase.  With your subscription, you will receive messages relating to the status of your prescriptions.  You will receive up to 3 messages per prescription fill.  You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to 63257.  For help, text HELP to 63257 or call your Walmart Pharmacy to adjust your preferences.  This service may not be available on all carriers.




1-Hour Guarantee


By providing your phone number, you are enrolling in the Walmart 1-Hour Guarantee Alert program and agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions: When you enroll, you certify that A) you are the account holder and consent to enroll or have account holder's consent to enroll, B) you are age 18 or older, and C) the phone number provided is not assigned to emergency services or a health care facility. Walmart 1-Hour Guarantee Alerts are an automated text message service that provides one message regarding the status of your order. Text will be sent via automated technology. There is no charge for this service. Walmart 1-Hour Guarantee Alerts are available on AT&T, Cricket, Metro PCS, Sprint, T-Mobile® and Verizon Wireless. T-Mobile® is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Product is not compatible with all cell phone models. Texts will be sent via automated technology. By entering your phone number, you certify that A) you are the account holder or B) have account holder's permission to do so. Walmart Filtrete Filter from 3M is a monthly subscription. There is no charge for this service. With your subscription, you will receive up to 2 messages per quarter. You may opt out at any time by calling #WMT, then press 0 or text STOP to 63257. Site to Store/ Pick-Up Today


By providing your phone number, you are enrolling in the Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. eReceipts

By enrolling for eReceipts when you enter your mobile number in the point of sale system at checkout, you will see the option to enter your mobile number to start receiving receipts electronically. When you enroll, you certify that A) you are the account holder or B) have account holder's permission to do so. Walmart eReceipts is a transitional service. There is no charge for this service. You will receive up to 2 messages per transition. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to 63257. For help, text HELP to 63257.
