Urgent Alerts

Walmart may contact you at any time regarding urgent health and safety matters or for emergency purposes, including by auto-dialed text or prerecorded message, regardless of whether you have opted-out of being contacted.  Examples may include recalls, product warnings, and other messages that impact health and safety (including family and pets).

 

Pharmacy Prescription Alerts

Voice Terms & Conditions:

By providing your phone number, you certify that A) you are the account holder or B) have account holder's permission to consent to enroll. Walmart Pharmacy Prescription Alerts are a subscription service, which may include pre-recorded and auto-dialed calls.  Participation in Prescription Alert Program not required for purchase. With your subscription, you will receive messages relating to the status of your prescriptions. There is no charge from Walmart for this service, but YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER'S AIRTIME, MSG, AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY.  These calls will come from 866-575-4108.  When you opt in to this service, you will receive a confirmation telephone call.  During this call, you will need to follow the prompts to confirm your opt in, or opt-out.


 

SMS Terms & Conditions:

By providing your phone number, you certify that A) you are the account holder or B) have account holder's permission to consent to enroll. Walmart Pharmacy Prescription Alerts are a subscription service.  There is no charge from Walmart for this service, but YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER'S MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY.  The texts will be sent via automated technology.  You enroll to receive automated messages.  Participation in Prescription Alert Program not required for purchase.  With your subscription, you will receive messages relating to the status of your prescriptions.  You will receive up to 3 messages per prescription fill.  You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to 63257.  For help, text HELP to 63257 or call your Walmart Pharmacy to adjust your preferences.  This service may not be available on all carriers.


 

Free Event Alerts

When you enroll, you certify that A) you are the account holder or B) have account holder's permission to do so. Walmart Free Event Alerts are a monthly subscription. There is no charge for this service. With your subscription, you will receive up to 3 messages per week. You may opt out at any time by calling #WMT, then press 0 or text STOP to 63257. For help, text HELP to 63257 or call #WMT, or (866) 569-0347, then press 0. Walmart Free Event Alerts are available on AT&T, Cricket, Metro PCS, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless. Product is not compatible with all cell phone models. In addition to these terms, your use of this service is bound by the Walmart.com Terms of Use.


 

3M Filters

By entering your phone number, you certify that A) you are the account holder or B) have account holder's permission to do so. Walmart Filtrete Filter from 3M is a monthly subscription. There is no charge for this service. With your subscription, you will receive up to 2 messages per quarter. You may opt out at any time by calling #WMT, then press 0 or text STOP to 63257. For help, text HELP to 63257 or call #WMT, or (866) 569-0347, then press 0. Walmart Filter Change Reminders are available on AT&T, Cricket, Metro PCS, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless. State Fairs

When you enroll, you certify that A) you are the account holder or B) have account holder's permission to do so. Walmart State Fair Survey are a per event program. There is no charge for this service. With this program, you will receive up to 9 message per survey. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to 63257. For help, text HELP to 63257. Walmart State Fair Survey are available on AT&T, Cricket, Metro PCS, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless. Product is not compatible with all cell phone models. Layaway Alerts

By providing your phone number, you are enrolling in the Walmart Layaway Alert program and agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:  When you enroll, you certify that A) you are the account holder and consent to enroll or have account holder's consent to enroll and B) you are age 18 or older.  Walmart Layaway Alerts are an automated text message survice that provides multiple messages regarding the status of your layaway order, such as a notice that a payment was applied.  There is no charge from Walmart for this service, but YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER'S MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY.  Texts will be sent via automated technology.  Participation in the Layaway Alert Program is not required for purchase.  If you have multiple layaway accounts, you will need to enroll in the program for each account.  You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to 63257.  For help, text HELP to 63257 or call #WMT or (866) 569-0347 to adjust your preferences.  You may also contact us at Walmart Corporate, Privacy Office MS #0160 702 SW 8th Street, Bentonville, AR 72716-0160 or your local store regarding this program.
