  4. You will receive an email when it’s ready for pickup. FedEx Office will hold your order for 7 calendar days from the date it’s ready for pickup. Orders that are not picked up within this time frame are returned to Walmart and refunded
  5. To pick up your order, bring a valid government-issued photo ID and the FedEx tracking number which is in the Ready for Pickup email as well as in Order Details in Your Account
