To make sure you get your items as soon as possible, we start processing right away. You can attempt to cancel your order while it's in a Processing status and place a new order, but once it moves to Shipped, the order can't be changed.
To cancel your order (or items in your order) while it is processing, contact Customer Care using the button below or use the following steps:
- In the upper-right corner of any Walmart.com page, click the Account icon and select Track Order.
- Enter the email used to place the order and the last six digits of the order number.
- Click Request Cancellation next to the order or item you wish to attempt to cancel.
- If you do not see a Request Cancellation button or the order is too far along to cancel, don't worry! Most items can be returned; learn more about our return policy or contact Customer Care using the button below to start a return.
